1.Product User Guide

1.All products of our company are for scientific research and experimental use only, and shall not be used directly on humans or for other personal purposes.

2.Product Shipping

Most of our products remain stable at room temperature for short periods. For extremely temperature-sensitive products, to avoid deterioration or degradation, they are shipped with ice packs or dry ice in insulated boxes according to their respective stability profiles.
If ice packs melt during transit and products are exposed to ambient temperature due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, the quality and performance of the products will generally not be affected.

3.Product Storage Conditions

To ensure product quality and stability, all our products have specific storage conditions, as indicated on the product label and Certificate of Analysis.
All products are recommended to be used as soon as possible after opening. Prepare solutions immediately before use. Do not dissolve the entire product into solution for refrigerated storage and subsequent use, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as these may cause degradation of product purity and affect experimental results.

4.Handling Upon Receipt and Before Use

Products may be inverted repeatedly during shipping, causing some material to adhere to the cap, neck, or inner walls. Upon receipt, remove outer packaging, keep the vial upright, shake or gently tap the wall to settle powder from the sides, and let stand briefly before opening.
For liquid products, keep upright and allow time for the contents to flow down and collect at the bottom. Handle with care to avoid damage to the vial or product contamination. Low-speed centrifugation before opening is recommended to minimize product loss.

5.Product Weight Tolerance

All products are weighed on precision balances with a tolerance of ±0.1 mg.
For products smaller than 10 mg, aliquoting and re-weighing are not recommended to avoid significant loss.
